    2/10/21, 7:43 PM - Just saw your post. Unlike most Rose', the Cotat surprisingly shows best after five or six years in the cellar - quite atypical for the type. I think the sooner you open them, the less likely you are to enjoy them.

    2/16/21, 1:11 PM - @califusa: I did have a great experience with it about a year before my last note, but good to know the wines also show well with a lot more age. Perhaps I caught my last bottle in an awkward middle phase.
