  July 30, 2017 - Slow ox for 4 hours, decanted for 1 hour, drank over 2 hour period. Blue to dark fruit aromatics, plum with dominant minerality on the palate. Bottle had tremendous energy with sharp, penetrating acidity with a lingering finish. Quality effort, but lack of fruit on the palate effected my overall score, but certainly could have been this bottle in particular.
