August 5, 2017 - Amazing. There are few adjectives in the English language that can capture the elegance, complexity, vibrancy, and delicacy of this sauternes. One of the finest wines I've ever had. Oranges, creme brulee, figs, almonds, honey...whatever, it was there. And a beautiful beam of acidity that pulls it all together. I can't imagine what this will be like in another 20 years. Earth shattering, no doubt.

8/6/17, 1:36 PM - Hi Racer117, don't get too tempted! I opened this only because a friend came over last night with the most amazing fois gras I've ever had. So, had to pair it with a sauterne! This was the only 375ml that I have; thus, rather than trying to get through a 750, figured I'd go for this. HOLD YOURS! :)
