  August 8, 2017 - Medium deep Red-orange. Medium+ intensity. Cherries, plums, tobacco and tar, leather, dark chocolate and some liquorice coming in after a while. Very good, but requires food next to it. Again cherries, plums and chocolate. This is as close to its peak as can be for my taste, perfect balance between fruit and tannins. Only bottle we had, unfortunately..
