  August 13, 2017 - This entry level Merlot is good value for an every day kind of wine. It is certainly not complex but it has nice fruit that opened up considerably on the second day. It is good for another year or two. Soft tannins, berries, and mild to moderate alcohol yield a continuous pleasant taste of fruit and berries. Somewhat unidimensional but for the low price it is fine. I will compare it tonight with another Merlot that is more expensive from the same year (La Storia, 2013)
