  August 14, 2017 - Beautiful yellow-gold colour. Smells like honeydew, melon, papaya and pineapple - beautiful tropical notes. Similar on the palette, with lychee, honeydew, melon, papaya, and pineapple, with a splash of bright strawberry. Medium body, good 30+ second finish, and a decent acidity. Stands up well to spicy stir fry.
  
  Teeny tiny bit of sediment at the end of the bottle. Tiny.
