  August 15, 2017 - Excellent bottle. Still young but drank very well, morphing from one set of flavors/noses to another. At the pop, rich nose with black cherry, hint of loam and a very long palate with tons of dark fruit. After maybe an hour, moderately heavy eucalyptus came and went on the nose and dark chocolate appeared on the palate. The one constant was rich dark red to black fruit - it started with the pop and stayed to the end of the bottle.
