  August 15, 2017 - This wine was a bulldozer with searing minerality. Honeysuckle, green apple, lemon zest, hazelnuts, and wet rocks on the nose with a super concentrated palate that was like liquid gravel, ending with a long finish. The roundness of the vintage was evident, so this MP is for mid-term drinking. I'm not sure 2005 white burgundy will last as long as the original vintage assessment, but they are very enjoyable right now.
