  August 17, 2017 - Not bad. Stlll has some of the unrefined, cloying quality of a lesser vintage port -- and 94 was a vintage year, a very good one at that. So perhaps DG is unredeemable. But: leather, some tobacco -- what you are looking for, except that sugar / alcohol substitute themselves for even the most minimal hint of fruit.
