  August 31, 2017 - Color is medium plus ruby and slow moving tears
  Nose primary aromas of blackberries both fresh and mascerated, and bitter coffee, spearmint & a floral component
  Palate still vibrant as mixed berry pie, medium plus bodied, with savory herb notes, dark chocolate, with tannin of medium plus and dusty, finish is on the longer side, alcohol is high but not showing its 14.5% power... can handle more time
