  October 1, 2005 - Nice deep gold color with a nose of bisquit and nuts. The fruit is very good with citrus and apple. The nuttiness comes through on the midpalate and the finish is smooth. I was impressed with this vintage Champagne and this was my first Pommery Louise. Paired well with phyllo triangles stuffed with lobster and bags stuffed with smoked salmon.
