  September 12, 2017 - Very dark, with an incredibly alluring nose of blackberries, leather, herbs de Provence and cigar ash. Equally delicious on the palate with a supple, mineral-laced, almost velvet texture.... incredibly supple. The fruit is sweet but with enough acidity for balance. Lovely.
