September 12, 2017 - Go big or go home right? Last night and final wine of the cruise we decided to grab this....why not its 50% off right?
Deep mix of garnet and ruby red core with medium garnet edges. Layered nose of a 2010 with damp forest floor, a little stinky, leaves, red berries, cigar box and more spices. Heavy tannins (7.5/10) and balanced acidity. Well integrated and full bodied. Lots of red berries on the palate with earthy undertones and notes of tobacco leaves and bramble berries. A touch of dark rocks too. Excellent wine with a beautifully long finish. Drink till 2032.3 people found this helpful 4,168 views
