  September 22, 2017 - Decanted about 2 hours. It has been a year since last tasted. This Cab is starting to mellow and was very good with spaghetti & sausage. Not an overwhelming Cab, right where you want it to be. Big red fruit, spice, pepper & earth. Drank very nicely. Should be good now or over the next couple of years.
