  October 6, 2017 - Dark ruby in color, yet medium bodied. Smooth tannins. Dark berries and tobacco. Really improved after two hour decant. Excellent wine from a less than stellar vintage. I feel this may still have 5 years of peak drinking. I will open one next year and my last bottle in 2020.
