  October 8, 2017 - The "Pagani Ranch Heritage" blend is predominantly Zinfandel with more off-the-beaten path grapes such as Alicante Bouschet, Grand Noir de la Calmette, Petite Sirah and Lenoir.
  
  Definitely needs at least 1hr decanting, or store it for another 5 years. Licorice, creme broule, plum, vanilla and cassis notes. Balanced finish, it definitely shows great potential.
