  August 9, 2017 - Nose of sweet macerated cherries. Palate is quite acidic though, with fruit tending towards the cranberry end of the spectrum. Some volatility, but in the desirable range for me. A bit lean and green on the finish, with a herbaceous minty quality. Tooth staining tannins. Interesting, and not without appeal, especially with food. 100% Sumoll from Catalunya (Penedes).
