    Pale gold color. Nose showing lemon, orchard fruits, oyster shell, crushed stone. Palate showing apples, pear, lime, pineapple. Picking up some saline/salt air through the mid palate. Long and nuanced finish.

    This is in a great spot right now, elegant and expressive. All the characteristics I like about white burgundy...
