  November 4, 2017 - I'm rating this strictly on taste, but would be even higher rating if it was price versus quality ratio. Blackberries and blueberries on the nose. In the mouth, medium body, little acidity, some viscosity to it. On the font end the Syrah shines with savory green pepper notes. Mid palate is all fruit with dark berries. Medium dry on the finish. Not the best QPR of all time, but in the top five for sure.
  
  On day 2 the wine had not last any of what makes this good. I think this could go another 20 years.
