  November 7, 2017 - This is the first bottle opened of six purchased at the winery. Amazing for this stage in its development. Quite a bit of sediment thrown already. Flavors of plum, tea, spice with a definite Cote Rotie-like note of roasted earth on the finish. Can't wait to open another. I'll try to wait six months.
