  August 20, 2017 - Slight spritz upon opening but it soon blows off. An earthy wine driven by more savoury flavours than fruit. Char grilled capsicum, sulphur/ struck match. The intense whole-bunch stalk characteristics are much better integrated now that the wine has a little bit of age. Peak drinking now or will hold for 2-3 years.
