  November 13, 2017 - Similar notes as a couple months ago, however, I thought the fruit came across a little lighter and flavors not as full with this bottle. Followed a 2014 Janzen Beckstoffer To-Kalon cab which was quite a bit better and more or less overwhelmed the Conn Valley. Decanted for one hour and drank over another two. Not much improvement with time but appears to be at a nice drinking point.

  I'm just finishing a bottle of this wine on day 3...and it is much better than day1. The fruit dies a little mid palate but other than that not much to complain.

  11/20/17, 4:00 AM - The last bottle that I had followed some pretty big cabs and it was overwhelmed. I believe it would have shown a little better by itself. I'll have to revisit soon. Take care.
