  November 14, 2017 - Color is deep ruby with a slight orange rim
  The nose is, evolving with distinct black licorice intermingled with a mash of dark small black raspberries & black berries, herbal but drops af game free falling with black olive juice. On the palate red& black berries turn to fresh barely ripe with black pepper racing thru mid palate. Tannins are smoothing and acidity sustaining finish is long dark chocolate covered espresso bean. Interesting to see on the next 2 bottles but have time to wait.
