November 17, 2017 - I decided to open one tonight and agree with my prior notes to hold. This wine is quite youthful and is likely to get better. Today it is dark colored with a distinct cherry aroma. Mixed berries and juicy. The mouthfeel is medium to heavy with flavors that are lighter and delicate. Kind of a weird mix but easy to drink. Te wine is also quite acidic on the finish. This will likely improve.

11/22/17, 6:39 PM - I have some Seavey experience and will buy some of this. I will give it a few hours of air time. Did you give this some time or is it just a lighter style?

11/23/17, 2:32 AM - Firstly thanks for the note.
I gave it no time as it was a PNP. Throughout the night (3 hours) I did revisit my impressions. I wrote these next AM.
I really think that when a wine has a higher acidic profile it tends to improve, but after opening it does not, unlike higher tannin wines which tend to mellow and settle down hours after opening.
