November 19, 2017 - 1st of 12. Decanted 1 hour. Deep ruby red. Full bodied with initial black and red fruit and then earth, mushroom and vegetation. Dry and slightly astringent finish. Drunk with a rich beef wellington and was an excellent match. 4/5
