  December 3, 2017 - Vinetasters: Brown Bag (Skokie, IL): A classically proportioned, if a little ornery, Bordeaux. There's a bit of greenness thanks to the cabernet franc here, but it's very light. The fruit here is a little clamped down, and shows more black than red. It's earthy and dusty, and, as much as I hate to admit as much, Salil was right in saying that this wine was not yet ready. Good, but certainly in need of more time.
