  December 2, 2017 - Light/pale brown color is worrisome. Nose is restrained but quite nice and surprising given the color. Palate is medium bodied with mature fruit and a hint of spices. CDP-lite at this stage but still very nice wine.
  My handful of '98 CDP will be gone before the end of the year. Drink up.
