  December 5, 2017 - Paired with 1996 Ruchottes-Chambertin, it took a while for this wine to separate itself in style from the Ruchottes, but eventually the gamy darker fruit and the bigger body show. This wine is still quite young and has lots of development ahead of it. Cellared since original release. Life could be a lot worse than starting a Tuesday evening with 2007 Raveneau Butteaux and then moving on to these two wonderful Rousseaus.
