  December 9, 2017 - 3-hr slow ox, transferred to decanter & drank over 4 hours.
  Drink with confidence if you are going for a heavy hitting Napa Cab.
  Very jammy on the nose with the palate confirming huge blue-black fruit. Nice round tannins for a smooth finish.
  Saved one glass each for nights two and three which performed just as well / better.
