December 12, 2017 - From magnum. Opened Billhike at our holiday party. Medium red color. Tried this later in the evening. Red and black fruit with a sour hint on the finish which was not present in the previous bottles of the 2000 and 2001 that I’ve had. 88 points.

12/13/17, 4:44 PM - This wine disappointed me last night. Seemed a bit unclean and nowhere near as tasty as one I opened last year. Got worse with more air IMO. I have one more magnum.
