  December 14, 2017 - The nose is initially quite tight but with aeration gorgeous cassis aroma's emerge. Still a little chewy and dry so needs decanting an hour or two before consuming should you be curious to sample now. Like all good wine though the longer it sat in the glass the more exotic and complex it became. No denying the quality of the vintage It would be good to sample this wine three or four years down the line and I would guess has the potential for a point or two higher once all the elements emerge together.
