  December 15, 2017 - Signature Mike Smith cabernet style. 3+ hr decant in cellar. Just a baby that needs a good 5-6 years to shed some youth and evolve further, but surprisingly quite harmonious already. Awesome bouquet with prominent notes of rich butter, vanilla and violets. Still carrying some noticeable heat, but fantastic finish with lots of future promise. Plan to revisit in a year or two, but fun to try now if you can spare a bottle - otherwise; patience will be rewarded.
