  December 24, 2017 - Wow. Rich, honeyed, melon and peach notes. Yet just enough acidity to balance it perfectly. Off-dry and complex. Long long finish. Excellent with foie pate and ocean trout canapes. Marcel Deiss is a maestro. As his staff mentioned during my visit to the winery, the grapes do not matter. All about the terroir.
