  January 6, 2018 - Pitch black color with a dark garnet edge. Dark fruits with mild graphite and some lactic notes from the new oak. Fleshy palate with thick but pasty tannins, classic mouthwatering acidity with spicy black fruits with some oak char. Long finish with austere fruit and oak. Reminds one of why this estate makes such time worthy wines.
