  January 6, 2018 - I have almost no experience with CDP wines so was taking a chance on this bottle that I received as a gift. Had with braised short ribs on a night when the wind chill was -15 thinking that it would be great with some “comfort food.”
  Restrained with red fruit, spice, and minerality. Tannins are present bit fine and well integrated. A medium body wine with a 20-30 second finish. Would assume close to or at peak with some time to stay there.
