  December 9, 2017 - Didn't keep any notes (only now, in the middle of January, trying to reconcile Dec consumption on Cellertracker). But this was sublime and beautiful. My first Joseph Swan. I regret that I dont have more of these. Perfect acidity, perfect sweetness, red fruit never overpowering ..I could drink this on its own all month.
