  January 12, 2018 - Incredibly soft and perfumed nose of dark cherry, berry fruits and smokey spice, good colour still, savoury notes meld with soft fine grain tannin, worked amazingly with raclette and charcuterie, supple with elegance and beautiful ripe but not jammy fruit balance
