  January 14, 2018 - O'Shaughnessy (Mount Veeder) is one of our favorite cab's! Spectacular!! Loads of berries and currants; very opulent with chocolate and cassis on the palate, and a lovely and lingering flavor profile on the back palate.

  1/15/18, 9:18 AM - csimm1161 - In response to your question, I opened the bottle and let it bottle decant for about 2.5 hours. I poured (and drank) a bit of wine out of the bottle to get the level to the top of bottle shoulder. Terry
