  January 17, 2018 - Aerated for 1,5 hour. Lifted dark fruit, black cherry, blueberry, rose, raw meat, smoke, black olive. Palate is rich, dense, still very young, nice grippy tannins, great acidity, lovely granite mineral core and a very long finish. Will definately develop next 5-10 years.
