  January 20, 2018 - Tasted blind at a Bacchus night. Dark ruby. Ton going on with a nose of smoke and bonfire, blackcurrant is the dominant fruit plus a squeeze of citrus, cedar, menthol and vanilla. The palate is not quite as exciting as the nose would suggest but there ps blackcurrant, spice, a little bit of heat from the alcohol. Very good indeed.
