  January 27, 2018 - Very drinkable at the moment. Nicely balanced and serene. Smooth tannins. Some leather on the palate, which I like personally. Still some bite if you overdo the pepper.
  
  Served with duck and dark wine sauce. Did the duck breast fillets first 'sous vide' at 58 degrees C for 90 minutes and then quickly browned the skin side in a frying pan. Added some salt and pepper --- delicious! And a perfect match with this wine.
