  February 2, 2018 - high fill, cork 1/6 soaked, a good bottle I suppose given some of the previous TN. Actually similar to a 2001 half bottle I drank 5 years ago which introduced me to this Chateaux. A delicious claret, rather light body with good sweetness and grip. Develops in the glass with a plummy and cozy note. I drank several other vintages of this wine in the last 3-4 years: 2002's about half of it gone, the other half almost this level, 1983 today a disapointment and ways gone, 2004's being still tannic but promising quality, 2009 very addictive in its early stage. This Chateaux in my view doesn't create a unique wine, however solid in any vintage, without reaching hights. A very good QPR though. 92p for this delightful wine.
