  February 3, 2018 - Cork stained about half way up. Decanted for two hours; light-to-moderate sediment. Deep ruby color. Notes of blueberries, blackberries, mocha, and vanilla on the nose. Mouth-coating rich flavors of tangy black cherries, licorice and vanilla on a full-bodied palate, with good structure and a long finish. Should be drinking well for another five+ years.
