  February 7, 2018 - The Bordeaux was very impressive. On the open, the nose was filled with barn door and loam aromas that gently faded away. We bottle decanted the wine for about 30 minutes. The flavor profile was spectacular--cassis, more than a hint of cedar and chocolate. The wine was well balanced, the tannins were gentle and the aftertaste was terrific!
