February 10, 2018 - Whirlwind Winter Tasting in the Valley; 2/7/2018-2/10/2018 (Napa Valley, CA): WOW, WOW, WOW. This wine is showing so well right now, it is hard to believe; especially given this is from the cooler end of Napa and generally has a bit more restrained profile.
The Farella is giving you everything you could want in a Napa Cab at the moment. Very dark in the glass. Lots of plums, blackcurrant, cloves, crushed rock and a hint of cedar. On the pallet, this is super open for business. Full bodied with tons of expressive dark chocolate, black fruit and deep earthy and mineral driven notes. Outrageously pure, with super fine tannins, insanely perfect texture and great length. Not sure this could get much better. 98+1 person found this helpful 5,231 views

Farella is the hidden gem in the Realm lineup, IMHO! -
