  February 12, 2018 - I very much concur with Octopussy's comments. Great QPR. Another Garagiste find. For a 9-10 yr old white, I was very surprised by how fresh this tasted. Deep golden color. Great fruit on the palate and the nose - lots of lemony-apple, a dose of spice, and just enough acidity to keep things interesting. There is a bit of an oxidative quality to this wine, but it doesn't detract from the wine's impact. Maybe I'd call it 'Bready' or 'Yeasty' - but to me that quality makes it a more serious wine. Spent two hours with my nose in the glass. Long 45 second finish. Pairs extremely well with food. I don't see this improving with more time in the cellar. Drink up.
