  February 16, 2018 - A good acid structure that makes it easier extremely food friendly; Even for desserts though that does dull the complexity. Barnyard / animal smell is the first thing that hits the retronasal but in a nice way. I'm guessing lamb rack will be an excellent combination. Fruit wise, good amounts of red fruit, hawthorne and kirsch. At 50 Sgd, this wine is just crazy value. A case would certainly be a good buy
