  February 17, 2018 - Nice, evolving nose, a bit of sulfur at first, but blossomed out showing dark fruit and a hint of mint. Tart palate, dark cherry finish, took some time to evolve and fill out the glass too, as it went through a hollow mid-palate phase. Not as overtly ripe as most '03s.
