February 17, 2018 - Subtle, berry nose with a bit of earthiness and leather. Medium bodied. Full in the mouth, well balanced. Only a hint of tannin left. Soft, long finish. Went beautifully with the grilled steelhead, but was also excellent alone before the meal.
