  February 18, 2018 - Tasted in their tasting lineup at the winery last week and it was a clear winner over the other wines left at this late date (a couple of 14s and the Carter Cab), so we picked up a couple of additional bottles. Opened one tonight, and it was excellent with an hour decant. Great purity of fruit supported by some good acidity, which balanced well against the richness from the barrel. Interested to see where it goes, but may not wait to find out with how well it's drinking right now.
